Please note the following terms and conditions when purchasing one of our Hand-Painted Murals:

Natural variation

All of our hand-painted Murals are created by hand, there may be slight variations in colour, texture and overall appearance. Due to the nature of the process, there may be minor imperfections that add to the uniqueness and character of the artwork.

Colour accuracy

The colours of the artwork may appear differently on various devices or screens. Although we make every effort to ensure that the images displayed on our website accurately represent the artworks, we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy due to differences in device and screen settings.

Care and protection

Hand painted Murals may be susceptible to fading or discolouration over time if not properly cared for.
We recommend adding a layer of protective varnish to all interior Murals, and a suitable UV varnish for all exterior Murals. Please avoid any liquids, chemicals, moisture that may damage the Mural.

Wall preparation

By purchasing one of our hand-painted Murals you are accepting our "Wall-Preparation" guide lines that ensure we can safely install to the best of our ability within your home or business spaces.

Copyright and ownership

Mural Trader Ltd retains all copyright and ownership rights to the original Mural artwork. Purchasing original artwork does not grant any reproduction or distribution rights. The original Mural artwork is intended for personal display purposes only and should not be reproduced, resold, or used for any commercial purposes without obtaining proper authorization.

If you are unhappy

Should you be dissatisfied with your hand-painted Mural after completion and have been unsuccessful in resolving any issues during the installation process. Please email us within 14 Working days to discuss next steps if necessary to resolving the problems presented.

Acceptance

By purchasing our one of our hand-painted Murals, you acknowledge and accept the natural variations and potential for imperfections that come with purchasing a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork.
